As part of its September training programme, the Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) held a series of 42 training programmes for the governmental employees of the city of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
SDHR held several diversified training programmes through distance training system using the WEBEX program, where the trainees receives training certificates after passing the needed requirements, and the training will be included in the employee's electronic training system.
The trainings subjects for the month of September included positive identity, enabling strategies, innovation management, crisis management, distinguished services, professional communication, women leadership, smart services, positive outlook, client services, amongst others.
These programmes come as part of the SDHR plans to develop the skills of Sharjah government employees as per the job market requirements, following the best local and international standards.
